Well as far as your elites go defy pain is a decent elite but vs charging strike for a running build it isn't good for period. And charging strike vs sprint is better because one it might not last as long but you can keep charging strike up permanently and two charging strike 33% speed boost sprint 25% speed boost... yeah that isn't a great difference but it helps to help break aggro faster... realtalk916 brought up a good point with defy you cant use it without the 6 adrenaline and to the limit only works with monsters in ear shot so you could only use when you are either body blocked or about to be. And you won't be able to run the southern shiverpeaks without one hex remover or two a skill like SF or VoS

After as much buck as I have given to Age in other posts, I have to support this. Age may have posted Fail, we all do at some point, but this... this is good, and you would be wise to think about it, beserk.

One other tidbit of info which has been touched on is that SF has holes in it, mainly from the azure shadows, that love spamming [Signet of judgment] in succession with each other.

Another trick that helps sometimes, but is more dependant on where you are running and why you are running is [shadow of haste].
It is awesome for nabbing chests cause you can throw up [shadow form],hit[shadow of haste] in safe area,[deaths charge] to foe nearest chest, hit a cancel stance [dash] and you just nailed a high end chest.

The only times i have ran is for guildies, running chests or just getting further on the map. I haven't ever focused on Cartography and I think that Age's build might actually be better suited for that purpose.

Don't bother doing Assasssin as you don't have the energy to maintain everything and they like Dervs come with 4 pips of regen which helps.warrior only have 2 which isn't good at regaining energy back.Dervs and Sins are a lot a like iin this case having 25e with 4 pips of regen.

The reason I gave you that build was becasue you have I am unstopple.I don't use that for running becasue I don't have that skill and that is my friends build now he used a differrrent one before he got that skill.The reason is is to stay competive amoung other runners like Dervs and Sins.Yes running is indeed seriouse business in GW more so than trading ectos.you have to know what are today rates for each run here and there.

The builds being proposed won't get you no where near Droks if that is where you want to run and it takes weeks or months to get good at it not over night.It is not just the build you need it is equipment you need as well which this take a fair amount of research which I have done.

My friends original build goes like this.

[enraging charge][charge][balanced stance][endure pain][remove hex][mending touch][holy veil][signet of stamina]

Tactics @14 Strenght @13 Protection 25

Mine is generaly the same

[sprint][charge][balanced stance][healing signet][endure pain][mending touch][holy veil][signet of stamina]

attributes are the same as above.

Running is different than farming is because mobs spawns at random locations and a W/A woud be prone to chilibians(sp)

Endure Pain is staple on every running build we only wished it wasn't broken or had 15 recharge time.

Here are some others as well as the original Bold Forge Runner.I am the only one who has given out any kind of running advice to Warriors in the last year and half in this forum as most Warriors have given up and this is especially true since the Absorption rune nerf.Which really put stop on Warriors running.Mind Freeze on you is not fun especially on a run.
